So how do we want things to be packaged, especially the 3-D stuff? Do we want to have samples on the table and then give them a little box with the object in it? Or will we just give them the objects directly?

It depends I think. For the most part I think we should just give them directly, but for stuff like pins and prints I think we should have bags. The stationary (if we ended up doing that) should also be packaged imo. And your cuffs too, for sure.

Do people still have their HMV bags? Because I think that anything that doesn't fit in that should have its own bag. However the price for bags nowadays are kinda high, so we'd probably economize more by not giving them out with everything. Just the big stuff, the pins, margot's cuffs, and anything sorta breakable like the clay stuff or jewellery. I think most of the packaging would be done on the spot though, so wouldn't the people sitting in the booth at the time be the ones charged with the actual packaging?

It's just that I noticed that a lot of the stuff that's fragile can get very banged up and certainly transport is a problem

Transport = car? In boxes? They give out free boxes at Costco and my family goes there a lot (in fact I just got back from there =P) so I could easily pick some up.

Also by the time AN'10 comes around I'll have moved into my new house. Which means lots of boxes that will just be thrown out unless I find a use for them. Yes/no?

I got the impression that everything was going to be individually packaged in its own box, but that might just be me

That'd take a lot of work and cost a lot of money =S

Besides, this year people were just kinda... giving you the stuff you bought. Some things can have their own packaging sure, because that makes sense, but for everything I think that's going a bit over the top.

I think it would be way too expensive for everything to have its own box.
We should have a standard bag to put small things in that can break like clay but the pins don't even need a bag.
As for prints I think we should just have something to put around them once they've been rolled up.

Are we rolling then, or are we using folders?

Also, new potential idea for someone in printing -> a folder for artwork, papers... Any takers?

Well everyone else rolls them so I doubt we'll have more sales due to our convenient packaging. Will just mean less money.

If anything we need something for selling them online.
