Come check out Troubleshooting where help forums have been installed, one for each member of the team (you can change your topic name if you want) and several for general problems( ie: resource problems, design problems, etc.)

Rachel at this point is sleeping so I can't ask, but probably she'll either put gloss on after paint or she'll use glossy paint so there won't be a need.

We've got some coloured clay too, but sometimes the colours just aren't right. If that's the case then maybe blank sculpey would be a good alternative? We've got some of that as well and it isn't too pricey.
